Is Refurbify a scam?
No. Refurbify is a genuine online marketplace for used/refurbished iPhones and computer parts. Buyers pay through Refurbify, products are delivered by marketplace sellers, and seller payment is released through the platform's transaction process after the buyer's confirmation, subject to the applicable terms and policies.
Is Refurbify legit and safe to buy from?
Refurbify acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers of used/refurbished iPhones and computer parts. Payment for an order is made to Refurbify rather than directly to an unknown seller, the order is tracked through the platform, the buyer can inspect and test the product after delivery, and eligible issues can be reported for refund or replacement under the 30-day testing/warranty policy.
How does Refurbify handle payments?
Payment is made to Refurbify at checkout. The payment reference (UTR) and payment proof are submitted with the order and verified by our team before the order is confirmed and dispatched. Seller payment is released through the Refurbify order process after buyer confirmation.
What happens if my Refurbify order has a problem?
Raise a claim on the Claim Warranty page with your order number, or contact support on call, WhatsApp or email. We respond within 24 hours and confirm whether the issue is eligible for replacement or refund.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and usually delivered in 2-5 working days anywhere in India.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Free doorstep delivery is included on every order, with no minimum value.
